Washington DC, July 21, 2010, 8am ET -- TDY Lodging (Washington DC), announced its second acquisition of the year. TDY Lodging which primarily serves Fort Huachuca, MacDill Air Force Base, Naval Air Station San Diego, and Washington DC will expand its reach to target even more areas where government and military lodging is needed.

With the depressed real estate market, many property owners are over-extended, but rental income from furnished housing for TDY Military and Government personnel continues to grow at a steady pace. Focusing on this niche market allows property owners to fill the income gap in housing and TDY Lodging has developed the largest databases and web portal of its kind.
